TERMS AND CONDITIONS for vendors

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the agreement between the vendor/shopkeeper (“Vendor”) and Sabka Market (“Company”) for the registration and inclusion of the Vendor’s shop in the Sabka Market platform. It is essential for the Vendor to understand and comply with these Terms to ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations. Please read these Terms carefully before registering your shop.

1. Eligibility:
a. The Vendor must be a legal entity registered in India and must possess a valid business license or any other required permits as per the applicable laws.
b. The Vendor’s shop must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards in India.

2. Registration Process:
a. The Vendor must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
b. The Vendor agrees to cooperate with the Company for any verification process required to ensure the legitimacy of their shop.

3. Compliance with Indian Laws:
a. The Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by the Government of India or any other relevant authority.
b. The Vendor shall ensure that all the products and services offered through their shop are legal, safe, and conform to the quality standards prescribed by the Indian law.

4. Product Liability:
a. The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any product liability arising out of the sale or distribution of goods through their shop.
b. The Vendor shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any potential product liability claims.

5. Financial Transactions:
a. The Vendor agrees to abide by the payment terms and conditions as specified by the Company for the purchase of goods made by Sabka Market subscribers.
b. The Vendor shall maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and provide necessary documentation to the Company as required by Indian law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights:
a. The Vendor warrants that they own or have obtained the necessary licenses, permissions, or consents to use any intellectual property rights associated with their products or services.
b. The Vendor shall not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights through the operation of their shop.

7. Termination:
a. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Vendor if they fail to comply with these Terms or any applicable laws.
b. The Vendor may terminate the agreement by providing a written notice to the Company, subject to any contractual obligations.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Vendor and the Company regarding the registration of the shop with Sabka Market. By registering the shop, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
